Laurina33 is an exclusive “small hotel” with an elegant and essential design. A fine, charming and welcoming facility with refined furnishings.
The Hotel is housed in a building of undoubted historical value, which refurbishment was entrusted to the architect Clemente Busiri Vici to maintain its prestige.
Laurina33 is located in a strategic position in the centre of Rome, a few steps from via Condotti and Piazza di Spagna and from the most important monuments of the city, from which it is no more than 3,300 steps far away.

“Colosseo”
Junior Suite
Colosseo is a romantic 30 sqm Suite which is on top floor of the Hotel. With a refined and sophisticated style, it is equipped with every kind of facilities. In addition, the wooden beams on the ceiling, the light filtering from above and the bathtub in the room create a unique atmosphere for a special stay in the heart of Rome. From the Suite you can reach the Colosseum by walking just over 3.300 steps.

Superior Double Room
Fori Imperiali is an elegant and comfortable 17 sqm Superior Double Room located on the second floor of the Hotel. With a sober and essential style, it is equipped with every kind of facilities. The ceiling double effect together with the windows of different sizes make the room particularly bright. Furthermore, the presence of a small balcony surrounded by the roofs of Rome makes it really unique. From the Superior room you can reach Fori Imperiali by covering just 2,700 steps or little more.

Piazza di Spagna
Just 715 steps (450 meters) and you can reach the beautiful Piazza di Spagna, a meeting place for all the Roman citizens, so much so that it is called the “living room of Rome”. In the center of the square, there is the Fountain of “Barcaccia”, one of the typical boats used in the past on the Tiber in the nearby port of Ripetta, and there are 135 steps of the Spanish Steps dominated by the Holy Trinity Church.
Fontana di Trevi
Just 1,850 steps (1.3 km) and you can reach Fontana di Trevi, the largest and most famous fountain in Rome. It has become one of the icons of the city thanks to the movie “La dolce vita” by Federico Fellini; this fountain is known for the traditional toss of the coin, a gesture made with your eyes closed and turning your back towards Palazzo Poli, in order to ensure a future return to the eternal city.
Piazza Navona
Just 1,714 steps (1.2 km), and you can also reach Piazza Navona, the most beautiful Baroque square in Rome, where once there used to be the ancient “Stadium of Domitian”, or “Circus Agonalis”, which it has perfectly preserved the elongated rectangular shape of the arena. It is also famous for the Agonal Obelisk of granite, 16.54 metres high, and the Fountain of the Rivers by Bernini which represents the four most known rivers: the Ganges, the Nile, the Danube and the Rio de la Plata.
Pantheon
Just 1,714 steps (1.2 km), not far from Piazza Navona, you can reach Piazza della Rotonda where the majestic Pantheon is located, a monument that Michelangelo defined as the “work of angels, not men”. A masterpiece of architecture and engineering, the Pantheon has exerted a great influence on all Western architecture. Visiting it is a unique experience.
Fori Imperiali
Just 2,714 steps (1.9 km), and you can reach Fori Imperiali and the Roman forum, an architectural complex unique in the world, it was the centre of political and social activity in ancient Rome, built over a period of about 150 years, between 46 BC and 113 A.D. by Julius Caesar and the emperors Augustus, Vespasian, Nerva and Trajan. The archaeological area of Fori Imperiali can be visited, with an entrance in Piazza Santa Maria di Loreto, at the Trajan’s Column.
Colosseum
Just 3,714 steps (2.6 km), you can reach the Colosseum originally known as the Flavian Amphitheatre or simply as the Amphitheatrum. Located in the heart of the city of Rome, the Colosseum is the largest and most important Roman amphitheatre in the world capable of holding an estimated number of spectators between 50,000 and 87,000. In 1980 it was included in the list of World Heritage Sites by UNESCO, together with the entire historic centre of Rome.
